What is OTA Theme Installation

An OTA installation requires a Data Plan and Email/SMS access on your Device. If you do not have a Data Plan or Email access, please let us know.

1. Open the Email/SMS that contains your OTA download link on your device
2. Click on the link, and select "Download" to start the installation process
3. When the Download and Installation is complete, please exit your devices browser
4. If your OTA istallation was a BlackBerry Theme, please do the following to use your theme on your BlackBerry:

Go to Options -> Themes -> Highlight and Click on the theme you wish to use. After you click on the new theme, please wait for the options menu to re-appear on your device. Please note that this may take a little while (up to 45 seconds)

If your theme does not show up after the installation of the theme, please perform a Battery Reset. Leave your device on and unplugged. Take the battery out for about 20 seconds then put it back in. Once your device reboots, go to Options -> Themes and click on your new theme to activate it.
