Refund Policy

For Orders Placed at the Chameleon Store

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Chameleon software, you may contact us at cs@chameleonco.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund, by providing the following:

• Name and e-mail address under which the purchase was made; and
• Order-confirmation number as shown on your confirmation e-mail, if received; and
• If you have purchased a single-user license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of this Chameleon software product from your computer and destroyed the Chameleon CD, if received; or
• If you have purchased a multi-user (site) license, a confirmation that you have removed all versions of this Chameleon software product from your computers.

Upon receipt of all of the above applicable to your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase price by crediting your credit card account.

For Orders Placed on Another Website

In most cases a 30 day money back guarantee is available as long as there is no conflict with the policies of the website where the product was purchased, You may contact us at cs@chameleonco.com within 30 days.

• You will need to contact the website where you purchased to begin the refund process.
• Many websites have streamlined return processes which make return fast and easy. You may want to start by logging into your account or referring to your order conirmation email for instructions.
• In some cases, the website where you purchased may require a confirmation email from Chameleon which approves the refund.
• You may want to review the refund policies of any website before you purchase
• The refund will be processed and given by the website where you purchase. Please contact them if you have questions.
